Bill Mills participated in the original U.S. Treasury Bank On USA cohort. His experience in that early effort informs the mission of this independently operated resource today.

Bill’s work also appears in the U.S. Treasury’s 2011 report, Banking on Opportunity: A Scan of the Evolving Field of Bank On Initiatives, which lists him as a Bank On Florida contact and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Florida Prosperity Partnership.
